[HanSik] magic hacks. Spicy Korea traditional food sauce. 만능소스

I will let you know some hacks for Korea traditional food!!!

 

I am sure you would make so a number of korean style food without every single recipe.

 

First of all, you should have 고추장 (Kochujang) Hot paper paste. OK? this one is the main hehe.

 

Are you spicy food goer?

It looks really red but not really spicy. 

 

Next is chilli korea paper powder! not Japan and China one!

 

Then, Soysauce. this is really core for all of food (maybe 99%?of Korea dishes)

Soysauce and Jang like upper paste are fermentaion that is why these are core in korea recipe. ya? got it?

 

Do you know that? Korean people know that foreigners call us garlic smell people! Yeahhhh perhaps correct lol.

 

More often than not, we use them especially, ground one!

you can put sugar or corn syrup. Many people don't know corn syrup in korean ah english too.

that actually the watery korea taffy. only Korea one~~ you can use 올리고당 as well. 

that really depends on your feeling. just sweet taste for looking good or making food perfect.

 

you can put salt and other. I strongly recommend 참기름 sesame oil. both should be really little amount like only one tea spoon. 

 

If you want to make collaboration foods like fusion with other countries~~ you can..... but really hard haha.
